(Matthew 5:14~15 빛) You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill can not be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 하나님은 주의 자녀로 주의 빛을 비추게 하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 예수께서 산에 올라가 앉으셨을 때 제자들이 나아왔는데 입을 열어 심령이 가난한 자는 천국이 그들의 것이고 애통하는 자는 위로를 받으며 온유한 자는 땅을 기업으로 받고 의에 주린 자는 배부르며 긍휼히 여기는 자는 긍휼히 여김을 받고 마음이 청결한 자는 하나님을 보며 화평케 하는 자는 하나님의 아들이라 일컬음을 받고 의를 위해 박해받는 자는 천국이 그들의 것이기 때문에 복이 있다고 하셨다. 또한 그들은 세상의 소금이요 빛이며 모든 사람에게 비치기 때문에 그 착한 행실로 하늘의 아버지께 영광을 돌리라 하시며 주께서 율법을 완성하러 오셨다 했다. 아멘

God is the one who allows His children to shine His light. In today's text, Jesus went up on the mountain and sat down. When His disciples approached Him, He opened His mouth and said, "The poor in spirit will inherit the kingdom of heaven. Those who mourn will be comforted, the meek will inherit the earth, those who hunger for righteousness will be filled, the merciful will be shown mercy, the pure in heart will see God, the peacemakers will be called children of God, and those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake are blessed, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs." He also said, "They are the salt of the earth and the light of the earth, shining before all men. Let your good deeds glorify your heavenly Father. The Lord came to fulfill the law." Amen.
