기독 '학부모'(세속형)임을 돌이키게 하소서
 
하나님의 교육을 통해 자녀의 삶을 행복하게 하실 하나님, 하나님의 교육이 이 땅에 아름답게 이루어지기를 함께 소망합니다.
 
그러나 우리는 하나님을 믿으면서도 그저 교회에 다닐 뿐, 참되게 하나님을 믿고 의지하는 사람처럼 살지 못했습니다.
 
특히, 자녀교육에 있어서 하나님을 믿지 않는 사람과 별다른 차이 없는 사람처럼 살 때도 많았습니다.
 
자녀의 신앙보다 공부가 먼저였고, 사람들이 좋다고 하는 학원과 교육방식에 귀를 기울이고 따라다녔습니다.
 
자녀가 다른 아이들에 비해 도태되지 않도록 하는 일이 어떤 것보다 급선무였고, 하나님의 계획과 방식에는 관심을 갖지 않았습니다.
 
주일에도 학원보충이 있으면 예배를 등한시하기도 했으며, 지금은 공부하는 때이니 청년이 되어서 신앙생활을 열심히 해도 늦지 않다고 생각하기도 하였습니다.
 
우리의 욕심과 이기심을 용서하여 주시고 하나님께서 기뻐하시는 진실된 믿음의 삶을 살아갈 수 있는 용기를 주옵소서.

Please help us repent of our status as Christian "parents" (secular).

God, who brings happiness to our children's lives through God's education, we pray together that God's education will be beautifully realized on this earth.

However, despite our faith in God, we simply attended church, failing to live as people who truly believed in and relied on Him.

Especially in raising our children, we often lived as if we were no different from non-believers.

We prioritized our children's studies over their faith, and we listened to and followed the academies and educational methods that others recommended.

Our highest priority was ensuring our children would not fall behind other children, and we paid no attention to God's plans and methods.

Even on Sundays, if we had to make up for academy work, we neglected worship. We even thought that since it was time for us to study, it wouldn't be too late to diligently pursue our faith as young adults.

Forgive our greed and selfishness, and grant us the courage to live a life of true faith that pleases You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
