Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift! 하나님은 말할 수 없는 주의 은사를 주의 자녀에게 부어주시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 바울이 고린도 성도들에게 성도를 섬기는 일에 대하여는 그들에게 쓸 필요가 없다고 하며 마게도냐인들에게 아가야에서 일년 전부터 준비했다고 하였다고 하며 '우리의 자랑이 헛되지 않고 내가 말한 것 같이 준비하게 하려 함이라'고 바울이 먼저 형제들을 보낸 이유에 대해 설명하고 있다. 또한 적게 심는 자는 적게 거두고 많이 심는 자는 많이 거둔다고 하며 각각 마음에 정한대로 하고 인색함으로나 억지로 하지 말라고 하며 하나님은 즐겨내는 자를 사랑한다고 했다. 심는 자에게 씨와 먹을 양식을 주시는 이가 심을 것을 풍성히 하시고 의의 열매를 더하시리라 했다. 아멘

God is the One who pours out His unspeakable gifts upon His children. In today's passage, Paul explains the reason for sending the brothers ahead, stating, "It is so that our boasting may not be in vain, but that you may prepare as I have said," citing the example of the Macedonians who said they had been preparing for the service of the saints to the Corinthians for a year. He also states that whoever sows sparingly will reap sparingly, and whoever sows abundantly will reap abundantly, urging each person to give according to what they have decided in their hearts, not grudgingly or under compulsion, and adding that God loves a cheerful giver. He says that He who provides seed and food to the sower will make the sowing abundant and increase the fruit of righteousness. Amen.
