그릇된 학업 지향 문화를 돌이키게 하소서
 
하나님의 부르심을 따라 모든 것을 내려놓고 보여주실 곳을 향해 길을 떠난 아브라함, 신앙의 순결을 지키려고 억울한 고통을 기꺼이 감수한 요셉, 또한 오직 우리를 위해 하늘 보좌를 버리시고 즐거이 낮아지셔서 사람이 되어주신 예수님, 이처럼 수많은 성경 인물들과 앞서 살아가신 신앙의 열조들, 선배들을 통해 성공적인 인생은 오직 하나님의 뜻을 따라 살아가는 것임을 가르쳐 주시니 감사합니다.
 
그러나 지금 이 시대에 우리의 자녀들은 높은 성적과 소위 명문 중,고등학교,대학교 그리고 연봉 높은 직장 등을 성공의 조건이라고 배우고 있습니다. 가정에서, 학교에서 거짓 성공을 배우며, 선배와 후배 그리고 어른들로부터 왜곡되고 세속적인 성공관을 주입받고 있습니다.
 
주님, 우리에게 그릇된 학업의 풍토에서 돌이킬 수 있는 믿음과 용기를 주옵소서.
 
모든 가정, 모든 학교에서 우리의 자녀들이 하나님이 한 사람 한 사람을 위해 계획하신 바에 따라 자신의 인생의 목적과 방향, 소명을 발견하고, 은사와 재능을 통해 사명을 이루는, 하나님이 기뻐하시는 진짜 성공을 이루게 하옵소서.

Please turn back the wrong academic-oriented culture.

Abraham, who followed God's calling and set out on a journey to the place that He would show us, Joseph, who willingly endured unfair suffering to maintain the purity of faith, and Jesus, who gave up the throne of heaven and willingly humbled himself to become a human being for our sake alone, thank you for teaching us through countless biblical figures, patriarchs of faith who lived before us, and our seniors that a successful life is to live only according to God's will.

However, in this day and age, our children are taught that high grades, so-called prestigious middle and high schools, universities, and high-paying jobs are the conditions for success. They learn false success at home and at school, and are instilled with distorted and worldly views of success from their seniors, juniors, and adults.

Lord, please give us the faith and courage to turn back from the wrong academic culture.

In every home and at every school, may our children discover their life's purpose, direction, and calling according to what God has planned for each and every one of them, and may they achieve true success that pleases God by fulfilling their mission through their gifts and talents.
