(Proverbs 7:24~26 주의) Now therefore, listen to me, my children; Pay attention to the words of my mouth: Do not let your heart turn aside to her ways, Do not stray into her paths; For she has cast down many wounded, And all who were slain by her strong men. 하나님은 주의 자녀를 미혹으로부터 보호하시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 '내 아들아 내 말을 지키며 내 계명을 간직하라'고 하시며, 주의 계명을 지켜 살며 그 법을 눈동자처럼 지키며 그것을 손가락에 매며 마음판에 새기면 그것이 말로 호리는 이방 여인에게 빠지지 않게 할 것이라 하였다. 또한 어리석은 한 젊은이가 저물 때, 황혼 때 음녀의 집쪽으로 가는데 기생의 옷을 입은 간교한 여인이 그를 맞으며 그를 붙잡고 '내가 화목제를 드려 서원한 것을 오늘 갚았노라'하고 '오라 우리가 아침까지 흡족하게 사랑하며 사랑함으로 희락하자'하니 소가 도수장에 가는 것처럼 그가 끌려들어갔다고 했다. 보호의 말씀 감사한다.
