기쁨의 성품을 맺게 하소서

우리의 기쁨이 되시는 하나님 아버지 감사합니다.

하나님께서 우리에게 베풀어주신 은혜와 섭리를 생각하면 우리의 삶에 늘 기쁨이 넘쳐야 함에도 불구하고, 여전히 불평과 불만이 앞서는 연약한 우리를 불쌍히 여겨 주옵소서.

하나님, 우리의 자녀가 주님 안에서 영혼이 행복한 아이, 주님이 주신 '기쁨'의 성품을 가진 자녀로 자라길 원합니다.

인생의 길을 걷다보면 불현 듯 마주하게 되는 슬픔과 고통, 근심 가운데서도 근심하는 사람 같으나 항상 기뻐하는 사람이 되게 하시고, 주님이 공급하시는 함과 기쁨으로 찬양하는 자녀로 자라게 하옵소서.

예수님께서 십자가의 길 끝에서 우리를 되찾으신 기쁨을 얻으셨던 것처럼, 자녀 안에 죄로 인해 끊어졌던 하나님과의 관계가 회복되고, 구원이 되시는 예수님을 노래하며, 그 은혜로 인해 기쁨 안에 살아갈 수 있게 하옵소서.

늘 심령 깊은 곳으로부터 나오는 기쁨의 성품을 지닌 자녀를 통하여 이 땅의 눈물 흘리는 많은 이들이 하늘의 위로를 받게 하옵소서.

Let us have a joyful disposition

Thank you, Father God, who is our joy.

Considering the grace and providence that God has given us, our lives should always be filled with joy, but please have pity on us who are weak and still complain and discontent.

God, I want our children to grow up as children with happy souls in the Lord, children with the disposition of ‘joy’ that the Lord has given us.

As we walk the path of life, we may suddenly encounter sadness, pain, and worries, but may they always seem to be people who are worried but are always joyful, and may they grow up as children who praise with the joy and provision that the Lord provides.

Just as Jesus found joy in reclaiming us at the end of the cross, may the relationship with God that was broken due to sin be restored within our children, and may they sing of Jesus who is our salvation, and may they live in joy through His grace.

May the many people on this earth who shed tears receive comfort from heaven through children who always have a joyful disposition that comes from deep within their hearts.
