(Ezekiel 31:16 위로) I made the mountains shake at the sound of its fall, when I cast it down to hell together with those who descend into the Pit; and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, were comforted in the depths of the earth. 하나님은 주의 자녀에게 참 위로를 베푸시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 애굽왕 바로와 무리에게 이르라 하시며 앗수르 사람은 꼭대기가 구름에 닿은 레바논 백향목이었으며 물들이 그것을 기르고 둑의 물이 모든 나무에까지 미치고 그 나무가 자라 들의 모든 나라보다 키가 크고 공중의 새들이 거하였고 그 가지가 길어 아름다우니 하나님 나라 백향목이 그를 가르지 못하였는데 그의 마음이 교만하였기 때문에 능한 자의 손에 넘기고 포악한 다른 민족이 그를 찍어 버리고 들의 모든 짐승이 거할 것이라 하며 아름다운 나무들이 위로받게 하리라 했다. 아멘

God is the one who gives true comfort to His children. In today's text, He said to Pharaoh king of Egypt and his people, "The Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon, its top reaching to the clouds. The waters nourished it, and its banks reached all the trees. It grew taller than all the nations of the field, and the birds of the air dwelt in it. It was beautiful in the length of its branches. The cedar of the kingdom of God could not divide it. Because of the pride of its heart, it was given into the hand of a powerful man. The fierce nations of the nations will cut it down, and all the beasts of the field will live there. The choice trees will be comforted." Amen.
