(Daniel 4:32 나라) And they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. They shall make you eat grass like oxen; and seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses.” 하나님은 주의 자녀를 통하여 주님의 뜻을 알리시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 느부갓네살왕이 모든 백성과 나라들에 조서를 내려 '큰 평강이 있을지어다'하며 하나님의 이적이 크고 놀라운 것임을 고백하고 주의 나라가 영원한 나라이며 그 통치는 대대에 미칠 것이라고 했다. 또한 느부갓네살왕이 꿈에 땅의 중앙에 있는 한 나무를 보았는데 그 나무가 자라 견고하며 그 높이가 하늘에 닿았고 그 잎사귀는 아름답고 열매는 먹을만 했지만 한 순찰자가 내려와 그 나무를 자르고 그루터길 남겨놓으라 했는데 이것을 다니엘이 해석하고 그대로 이루어졌다. 아멘

God is the one who makes His will known through His children. In today's passage, King Nebuchadnezzar issued a decree to all peoples and nations, proclaiming, "Great peace!" He acknowledged that God's miracles were great and wonderful, and declared that the Lord's kingdom would be an everlasting kingdom, and that His rule would endure from generation to generation. Furthermore, in a dream, King Nebuchadnezzar saw a tree in the middle of the earth. It was a strong tree, its height reaching to the heavens, its leaves beautiful, and its fruit good for food. However, a messenger came down and commanded that the tree be cut down, leaving only its stump. Daniel interpreted this, and it came to pass. Amen.
