(Daniel 6:22 민첩) My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.” 하나님은 주의 자녀를 건지시고 그 의를 나타내시는 분이시다. 오늘 본문에서는 다리오 왕이 전국에 총리 셋을 두어 다스리게 할 때에 다니엘이 총리와 고관 위에 뛰어나 민첩함으로, 다리오왕이 다니엘을 그들 위에 세워 전국을 다스리게 하고자 했는데, 이를 시기한 총리들과 고관이 다니엘에게 허물을 찾지 못하자 다리오에게 삼십일동안 왕 외에는 다른 신이나 사람에게 구하는 자를 사자굴에 넣기로 하는 법률을 제정하고 하루 세번씩 하나님께 예배하는 다니엘을 고소해 결국 사자굴에 빠뜨렸다. 다라오가 새벽에 급히 굴입구로 갔는데 다니엘이 여호와의 사자의 도움으로 살게 되었음을 기뻐하며 그를 고소한 총리 등을 모두 굴에 던졌다. 아멘

God is the One who saves His children and demonstrates His righteousness. In today's passage, King Darius appointed three prime ministers to rule over the entire kingdom. Daniel excelled above them and displayed his agility. King Darius wanted to appoint Daniel over them, but when the jealous prime ministers and officials could not find any fault with Daniel, they decreed that anyone who prayed to any god or man except the king for thirty days would be thrown into the lions' den. They accused Daniel of worshipping God three times a day, and he was ultimately thrown into the lions' den. Darius hurried to the entrance of the den at dawn and, rejoicing that Daniel had been saved by the angel of the Lord, threw all the prime ministers and others who had accused him into the den. Amen.
