학교와 교사 간의 관계를 회복시키소서

이 땅의 학교를 사랑하시는 하나님, 사람을 길러내는 이 소중한 터전인 학교를 귀히 여기셔서 필요한 자리에 훈련받은 분들을 세워주시니 감사합니다.

학교가 바른 비젼을 제시하며, 교사들과 함께 공유하고 실천하도록 인도하옵소서.

그리하여 학교 안의 여러 의사결정이 선하게 이루어지게 하옵소서.

무엇보다 학교 공동체가 자신들의 위치 안에서만 주장하지 않게 하시고 학교 안에 서로 격려하고 공유하는 선한 문화가 있어서 가르침과 돌봄의 일선에 있는 교사들이 주어진 역할에 충실할 수 있는 환경을 제공하여 주옵소서.

또한 서로에게 듣는 마음의 지혜를 주셔서 학교 구성원들의 마음이 선한 일에 하나가 되어 새로운 관계를 맺어가는 일에 헌신하는 공동체가 되게 하시며 아름다운 공동체의 질서 속에서 합력하도록 인도하옵소서.

이로써 우리 학교 가운데 하나님 나라가 이루어지게 하옵소서.

God, who loves the schools of this land, thank you for cherishing these precious foundations for nurturing people and for placing trained individuals in necessary positions.

Please guide the school to present a sound vision and share and practice it with teachers.

Thus, may all decisions within the school be made in a positive way.

Above all, please prevent the school community from asserting its own position. Instead, foster a positive culture of mutual encouragement and sharing within the school, providing an environment where teachers, on the front lines of teaching and care, can faithfully fulfill their assigned roles.

Furthermore, grant us the wisdom to listen to one another, so that our school members may unite in good works, become a community dedicated to building new relationships, and lead us to work together in a beautiful community order.

Through this, may the Kingdom of God be established within our school.
