교사에게 전문성을 더하소서
 
예수님을 통해 교사의 모범을 보여주신 하나님, 하나님 나라의 비밀을 비유로 풀어 가르치시던 예수님의 지혜를 교사들에게도 주시기를 기도합니다.
 
교사에게 소명의 날개가 있다면 전문성의 날개도 필요함을 고백합니다.
 
교사들이 이 세상을 향하신 하나님의 뜻을 바르게 깨달아 알게 하시고, 그것이 각 교과를 통하여 전달될 때 아이들에게서 배움의 기쁨이 샘솟고 그 기쁨이 삶을 통해 나타나게 하옵소서.
 
아이의 전인적 삶을 성장시키는 교사로 하나님의 형상대로 지음받은 아이들을 바라보고, 그 아이들 각자에게 주신 은사와 재능을 발견할 수 있게 하옵소서.
 
학급을 경영할 때에는 아이들에게 각기 다른 필요를 채워 주며, 아이들에게 용기와 희망을 불어넣는 교사가 되게 하소서.
 
교사가 만난 지식과 진리의 빛과 결을 무엇보다도 아이들에게 전하는 참된 교육 전문가가 되게 하옵소서.
 
가르침의 전문성도 늘 새롭게 하기 위해 교육방법, 교육내용들을 꾸준히 연구하고 발전시키는 교사게 되게 하옵소서.
 
특별히 가르침을 함께 고민하고 연구하여 발전시킬 교사공동체를 허락하여 주셔서 기독교적 가르침의 전문성을 함양하며 나아가는 이 길이 외롭지 않게 하옵소서.

Grant teachers professionalism.

God, who showed us the example of a teacher through Jesus, I pray that you will grant teachers the wisdom of Jesus, who taught the mysteries of the Kingdom of God through parables.

If teachers possess the wings of a calling, we also confess that they need the wings of professionalism.

May teachers correctly understand and understand God's will for this world, and when this is conveyed through each subject, may the joy of learning spring from children and be manifested in their lives.

May teachers, as teachers who nurture the holistic development of children, see children as created in God's image and discover the gifts and talents bestowed upon them.

May teachers, as teachers who manage classrooms, meet the diverse needs of each child and instill courage and hope in them.

May teachers become true educational experts who, above all, impart the light and thread of knowledge and truth they have encountered to children.

May teachers constantly research and develop teaching methods and content to constantly renew their teaching expertise.

Please grant us a community of teachers to collectively reflect, research, and develop teachings, so that we may cultivate expertise in Christian teaching and not feel lonely on this journey.
