가정이 자녀의 진로탐색의 장이 되게 하소서

자녀를 통해 큰 기쁨을 얻게 해 주신 하나님 감사합니다.

부모이든 자녀이든 하나님께서 고유한 소명으로 우리를 부르신 것을 잊지 않게 하옵소서.

주님, 우리의 자녀라는 생각이 앞서고, 자녀를 부모의 뜻대로 양육하려는 욕심이 앞설 때가 있습니다.

그래서 자녀가 하나님께 받은 소명대로 진로를 지도하기 보다는 부모의 욕심을 반영할 때가 많음을 고백합니다.

부모로서 바른 소명자로 살아가는 것을 넘어 저희 가정이 소명에 응답하는 가정이 되게 하소서.

부모된 우리로 하여금 맡겨주신 자녀가 하나님의 소명을 잘 찾아가도록 돕는 통로가 되게 하옵소서.

자녀의 은사와 달란트를 눈 여겨 보게 하시고 즐겨하는 것과 특별히 관심 있어 하는 것이 무엇인지를 함께 찾아가게 하옵소서.

소명대로 진로를 정하고 진학할 수 있도록 기도로 하나님께 물으며 안내자의 역할을 충실히 감당하게 하옵소서.

May our families become a place for our children to explore their career paths.

Thank you, God, for allowing us to find great joy through our children.

Whether parents or children, may we never forget that God has called us with a unique calling.

Lord, sometimes we tend to think of our children as our own, and our desire to raise them according to our own will overtakes.

Therefore, I confess that we often reflect our own desires rather than guiding our children in their career paths according to their calling from God.

As parents, please let us not only live as parents who have fulfilled their calling, but also become families that respond to their calling.

As parents, may we be channels for our children to discover their calling from God.

Please help us to be aware of our children's gifts and talents, and to discover together what they enjoy and what they are particularly interested in.

Please help us faithfully fulfill our role as guides, asking God in prayer for them to choose their career paths and pursue their education according to their calling.
