학교가 자녀의 진로 탐색의 장이 되게 하소서
 
때를 따라 자녀를 성장시켜 주신 하나님, 학교를 통해 새로운 지식을 배우고 익힐 수 있게 해 주셔서 감사합니다.
 
자녀가 학교에서 잘 적응하게 하시고 학년이 바뀌어 진급할 때 지나친 부담이나 스트레스를 받지 않고 즐겁게 생활할 수 있게 하옵소서.
 
특별히 세상의 지식만을 배우고 스펙을 쌓아가기 위한 교육이 되지 않기를 원합니다.
 
교육을 통하여 자신의 장점이 무엇인지, 잘 하는 것, 관심 있는 것, 즐거하는 것이 무엇인지, 앞으로 무엇을 전공하며 살아갈 때 가장 행복할 수 있는지 배울 수 있게 하시고 자신의 진로를 잘 결정할 수 있는 환경을 조성하여 주옵소서.
 
좋은 선생님을 만나게 하셔서 아이 미래의 진로와 소명에 대해 배우고 경험하며 밝은 미래에 대한 꿈을 꿀 수 있게 하시고 학년마다 신실한 선배와 친구들과의 만남도 허락하셔서 진로에 대한 꿈과 고민을 함께 나누게 하옵소서.
 
이 땅의 학교가 하나님의 크신 지혜와 지식, 마음을 깨닫는 장이 되기를 원하오며, 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

May school be a place for my child to explore his or her future career path.

God, who has helped me grow at the right time, thank you for allowing me to learn and master new knowledge through school.

Please help my child adapt well to school and enjoy life without undue pressure or stress as they move from grade to grade.

I especially pray that education will not be limited to merely learning worldly knowledge and building up a resume.

Through education, may they learn what their strengths are, what they excel at, what interests them, what they enjoy, and what major will bring them the greatest happiness. Please create an environment where they can make sound career decisions.

Please help them meet good teachers so they can learn and experience their future career path and calling, and dream of a bright future. Please allow them to meet faithful seniors and friends each grade so they can share their dreams and concerns about their future.

May the schools of this land become places where we can understand God's great wisdom, knowledge, and heart. I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
