자녀의 은사가 개발되게 하소서 : 공간지능
 
모든 사람에게 알맞은 은사와 재능을 주신 하나님, 자녀에게 주신 은사를 잘 발견하고, 발현할 수 있도록 돕는 부모가 되길 원합니다.
 
특별히 자녀에게 시간과 공간에 대한 지식을 주신 하나님, 시공간적으로 세상을 인지하고 추상적인 것을 시각화하며 공간적 구조를 잘 이해하는 능력을 자녀에게 주심을 볼 때에 자신의 은사를 사람과 사회, 그리고 지역을 선하게 하는데 사용하게 하옵소서.
 
지역과 땅을 어떻게 조성하며 공간을 구성하는지, 어떻게 하는 것이 하나님이 주신 피조세계를 잘 관리하는 것인지 파악할 수 있도록 은혜를 베풀어 주옵소서.
 
낙서하기, 오려붙이기, 종이접기 등 자녀가 나타내는 재능에 무관심했거나 무의미한 것에 시간을 보낸다고 타박했던 우리의 모습을 돌아봅니다.
 
자녀의 은사에 맞게 학업을 즐거이 느낄 수 있도록 관찰하고 격려하는 부모가 되게 하옵소서.
 
그리하여 하나님이 주신 재능으로 사람과 사회를 섬기고 살리는 곳에서 마음껏 자신의 인생과 하나님 나라를 펼쳐가는 자녀가 되게 하옵소서.

May Your Children's Gifts Be Developed: Spatial Intelligence

God, who has given everyone gifts and talents suited to their needs, I pray that we may be parents who help our children discover and develop the gifts they have been given.

God, who has given our children knowledge of time and space, especially, has given us the ability to perceive the world in a spatiotemporal way, visualize abstract concepts, and understand spatial structures. May we use our gifts to benefit others, society, and the region.

Give us grace to understand how to cultivate our region and land, how to organize space, and how to effectively steward God's creation.

We reflect on how we have been indifferent to our children's talents, whether doodling, cutting and pasting, or origami, or have criticized them for spending time on meaningless pursuits.

May we be parents who observe and encourage our children so that they can enjoy their studies in accordance with their gifts.

May our children, using their God-given talents, serve and nurture people and society, fully expanding their lives and the Kingdom of God.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
