가족이 진정한 신앙 공동체를 형성하게 하소서
 
우리 가족을 하나님의 백성으로 삼아 주신 하나님, 감사합니다.
 
가정이 하나님께서 만들어 주신 공동체임을 믿고 고백합니다.
 
명절을 맞이하여 흩어졌던 가정이 한 공동체로 모일 수 있는 시간을 허락하여 주심도 감사를 드립니다.
 
명절을 맞이하여 가정이 모였을 때, 이제는 신앙공동체로서 예배를 드리며 다시 한번 하나님을 각 가정의 주인으로 모시는 시간을 갖게 하옵소서.
 
함께 모인 친인척이 단순한 혈연의 관계를 넘어 성령으로 교통하는 관계로 발전할 수 있기를 원합니다.
 
하나님의 사람으로 서로를 섬기며, 격려하며, 한 몸을 이루는 지체 된 식구들을 위해 중보하는 신앙공동체가 되게 하옵소서.
 
그리하여 각 가정으로부터, 이제부터 시작된 은혜의 단비가 자녀에게, 그리고 자녀의 자녀에게 흘러가게 하옵소서.
 
은혜의 대 잇기가 이어지는 신앙공동체가 되게 하옵소서.
 
하나님의 교회로 세워주신 가정을 주심에 감사하며 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘

May our families form a true community of faith.

God, thank you for making our families your people.

I believe and confess that the family is a community created by God.

I also give thanks for allowing us, once scattered, to gather as one community during the holidays.

When families gather for the holidays, may we worship as a community of faith and once again have a time to acknowledge God as the Lord of each family.

I pray that our relatives who gather together will grow beyond mere blood ties into a relationship of communion through the Holy Spirit.

May we become a community of faith where, as people of God, we serve and encourage one another, interceding for the members of the body.

Thus, may the sweet rain of grace, which has now begun to flow from each family to their children, and their children's children.

May we become a community of faith where the grace of God continues through the generations.

Thank you for giving us families established as God's church, and I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
