마음이 청결한 부모가 되게 하소서
 
우리 안에 정한 마음을 창조하시는 하나님 아버지, 그 마음이 예수 안에서 성령에 의해 씻김 받은 사람이 되고, 그런 부모가 되기를 원한다는 마음의 소원을 갖게 하시니 감사합니다.
 
죄에서 떠나 진리 안에서 한 마음을 품은 자가 되도록 은혜를 허락하셨는데, 다시금 허탄한 데에 우리의 마음을 두며 살아왔음을 용서하여 주옵소서.
 
부패하여진 우리의 본성을 꺾어 예수님께 접붙임을 받게 하심으로 하나님과의 친밀한 관계를 회복시켜 주셨사오니 저의 마음을 하나님께만 두게 하셔서 자녀 양육의 동기와 생각과 정서, 욕구에 이물질이 섞이지 않도록 주장하여 주옵소서.
 
순수한 동기와 진실된 생각, 온전한 한 마음을 가지고 자녀양육의 길에서 하나님이 기뻐하시는 열매를 맺게 하옵소서.
 
자녀와의 관계에서 단순한 마음을 소유할 수 있도록 날마다 우리의 마음을 씻어주시고 육신의 정욕으로 자녀를 바라보지 않게 하셔서 자녀를 향한 하나님의 사랑을 담는 깨끗한 그릇이 되게 하옵소서.
 
오늘도 내 안에 정한 마음을 창조하시기를 원하오며, 참된 만족을 주시는 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

Help us become parents with pure hearts.

Father God, who creates a pure heart within us, thank you for allowing us to have hearts cleansed by the Holy Spirit in Jesus and to desire to become such parents.

You have granted us the grace to turn from sin and be one in heart in truth, yet we have lived with our hearts set on empty things.

You have broken our corrupted nature and grafted us into Jesus, restoring our intimate relationship with You. Please help me to focus my heart solely on You, so that my motivations, thoughts, emotions, and desires for raising my children are free from foreign substances.

With pure motivations, true thoughts, and a perfect heart, may we bear fruit that pleases You in the path of raising children.

Please cleanse our hearts daily so that we may possess a simple heart in our relationships with our children. Keep us from viewing them with fleshly desires, and become clean vessels that contain Your love for them.

I pray that you will create a pure heart within me today, and I pray in the name of Jesus, who gives true satisfaction. Amen.
