한 해의 기도를 받아주소서
 
하나님, 한 해 동안 자녀와 한국의 교육을 위해 엎드리게 하심에 감사를 드립니다.
 
지금까지는 '내 아이'만 보고 이 아이를 잘 키우는 것에 집중하였다면 일 년의 기도시간을 통하여 조금은 하나님의 시선으로 아이를 보고, 아이를 둘러싼 교육생태계를 보게 되었음을 고백합니다.
 
내 아이가 행복하기 위해서는 교육이 행복해야 함을 알고, 함께 기도로 나아가게 하시니 감사합니다.
 
매일 읊었던 기도들이 허공을 치는 기도가 아니라 하나님 나라 교육으로 열매 맺게 하옵소서.
 
한 해를 돌아보니 기도문 속의 기도들이 나무가 자라듯 조금씩 이루어 지는 것을 봅니다.
 
지금 당장 하나님의 교육이 꽃 피우지 않는다 하더라도, 하나님이 원하시는 때에 이루어질 하나님의 교육을 위하여 포기하지 않고 기도의 씨를 뿌리는 부모가 되게 하옵소서.
 
부모로서 가장 기본적이고 적극적인 실천이 기도임을 알고, 기도하기를 쉬지 않는 부모가 되게 하옵소서.
 
또한 우리의 기도가 입에만 머무는 것이 아니라 마음의 온기로, 손과 발의 섬김으로 표현되기를 원합니다.
 
기도대로 사는 기독학부모가 되게 하옵소서.

Please accept my prayers for the year.

God, I thank you for allowing me to prostrate myself for my children and for Korean education throughout the year.

Until now, I focused solely on "my child" and how to raise him well. However, through this year of prayer, I have come to see my child and the educational ecosystem surrounding him through God's eyes.

I am grateful that you have led me to pray together, realizing that for my child to be happy, education must be happy.

May the prayers I recite every day not be empty prayers, but bear fruit as education in the Kingdom of God.

As I look back on the year, I see the prayers in my prayers gradually coming true, like a tree growing.

Even if God's education doesn't bloom right away, may we be parents who never give up and sow the seeds of prayer for God's education to be fulfilled when God desires.

May we become parents who understand that prayer is the most fundamental and active practice as parents, and who never cease praying.

We also pray that our prayers are not merely words, but are expressed through the warmth of our hearts and the service of our hands and feet.

May we become Christian parents who live according to prayer.

In the name of Jesus, who has guided our prayers throughout the year, we pray. Amen.
