오늘 본문에서는 선지자의 생도가 엘리사에게 요단으로 가서 처소를 세우자 하매 그들이 가서 나무를 벨 때에 나무를 베는 도끼가 물에 빠지매 엘리사가 나무가지를 베어 도끼를 물에서 떠오르게 하여 건졌다. 또한, 아람군대가 엘리사를 잡기 위해 성을 에워쌌을 때에 엘리사가 사환의 눈을 뜨게 기도하매 불말과 불병거가 산에 가득함을 보게 된다. 한편, 엘리사는 기도하여 그 군대의 눈을 멀게 하매 그들을 사마리아로 유인하여 사로잡고 떡과 물을 그들에게 준 다음 돌려 보내었다. 하나님은 강하신 분이시다. 주님의 군대를 보기 원한다.

I want to know the army of God.
